Our Return Policy is as follows but not limited too:
We do everything possible to work with our customers but we have to enforce certain policies for everyone’s protection.
Merchandise may NOT be returned without prior authorization from Danielle's Fashions. Claims against any invoice must be made within 10 days of receipt. Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. We are not responsible for uninsured returns. COD's will NOT be accepted.
ALL returns must have a return authorization from Danielle's Fashions. We will not accept any return without prior authorization. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We DO NOT refund any shipping costs.
If we ship you the wrong size, color or item, you will receive the correct item and it will be shipped to you at our cost. Important the item in error must be returned.
Please check to make sure you have the correct size and color that you are ordering before clicking the checkout button!!!!
Due to Health Regulations, we can not accept any returns on under garments and/or items with attached or unattached under garments that have been worn for any reason.
Examples of reasons that a returned item will be declined: 1) Tags have been removed.
2) Obvious damage to the item.
3) Item has been worn for more than just trying it on.
4) Smells of smoke, pet odor, or body odor.
5) Dirty, stained, visible hair or pet hair.
6) Not pre-authorized.
7) Excessive returns.
8) More than 10 days of receipt.
9) Item has been laundered.
Any other reason not listed above at the discretion of management based on fair practices. The return policy is for the protection of our customers. We only sell new, quality merchandise ,pre inspected for any Manufacturer defects before being shipped to our customers, therefore this policy must be enforced.
